Erica is a graduate from The University of Texas at Austin, where she studied Human Dimensions of Organizations. As one of the earliest members of the Neatly & Co team, her role has evolved overtime, leading to her current role as the lead project manager for organizational design.

Caroline leads the design efforts at Neatly & Co, where she brings her creative vision and strategic thinking to life in designing spaces and new builds.

John is the Team Support Lead & Operations Coordinator at Neatly & Co, where he leads process innovation, digital enablement initiatives and operations. He holds a degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from Florida State University and has a passion for leveraging technology to drive business growth.

Marie Sullivan brings a wealth of organizational expertise to Neatly & Co. as Office Manager and Organizer. Specializing in organizing clients’ houses, offices, and garages, she ensures that each space is optimized for efficiency and functionality, bringing order and clarity to every project.
