Erica is a graduate from The University of Texas at Austin, where she studied Human Dimensions of Organizations. As one of the earliest members of the Neatly & Co team, her role has evolved overtime, leading to her current role as the lead project manager for organizational design.

Grace Barfield, a University of Oklahoma graduate with a degree in Public Health, brings a keen eye for detail and a passion for wellness to Neatly & Co. Her background enhances her ability to create organized, stress-free spaces that support clients’ mental clarity, health, and overall well-being.
