Erica Azios

Project Manager – Organizational Design

Erica Azios, a Houston native, holds a degree in Human Dimensions of Organizations from The University of Texas at Austin. During her time at UT, Erica was an active member of Pi Beta Phi, the National Society of Collegiate Honors, and the Golden Key Club.

Joining the Neatly & Co team in 2023, Erica's role has been multidimensional and constantly evolving. From her start as an Organizer, she has now taken the reins as a Project Manager for Organizational Design, leading projects from small pantries to the largest of estates.

Erica has a passion for community service and engagement, as evidenced by her involvement with organizations such as Read Lead Achieve, where she participated in fundraising for literacy initiatives, and her volunteer work as a summer camp counselor at Camp Blessing, supporting young adults with special needs. She also contributed to Hurricane Harvey relief efforts and served as a dance camp instructor at Family Point Resource Center.
